I made a mistake

First I put the Quencher in the fridge bu didn't chill the water first, so lukewarm water. Next I left the lid off and put the Quencher in the fridge. It took 3 days for the ice to melt! This thing is Perfect for me and Houston heat. I just need to get a proper ice ratio for future.
