Mold smell too strong. Nowhere does it say used.

This does not say used but it arrived used. The guitar was dusty. Amp has a strong mold smell and the top panel with the controls is caved in. Want to return for a new one but am afraid of getting another used one. Now that I reached out to the seller, I see 2 other bad reviews. Sad.
