Bait and Switch

I ordered a computer package from littleox through Walmart. The computer was supposed to come with a CD of Windows 11 Pro. it was instead pre installed on the computer. It is a limited copy and I can not use it properly. I have be exchanging emails with some representative from Littleox. Never addressing the real problem and not allowing any phone conversations with Little ox. I have spoken with a couple representatives from Walmart who have been very polite and understanding. I need to either have Littleox send me the thumb drive or CD for Windows 11 Pro (a full edition not a "Limited" edition) or have Walmart send me one. My next step is to go though the BBB.
