It's a piece of crap. It's true it is 13 inches high but doesn't say the diameter which is the size of a golf ball. It is not quiet and doesn't oscillate and didn't come with a remote. Therefore I wouldn't recomend it to anyone and on top of that it cost $5.99 and shipping was $9.36!!!
