This senior multivitamin with minerals is very good supplement to take daily. I have noticed since I have been taking it my finger and toe nails have been growing and growing stronger. My hair is falling out way less and I am feeling good, with better energy. I am 72 and I am not one to just sit in my chair; I am active and have positive attitude and I credit eating right and taking a good supplement such as this daily.
