For a long time I've wanted a vanity and after doing some research, I knew Impressions Vanity was the way to go. So I went ahead and purchased the Hollywood Glow Vanity Mirror. When it arrived, everything was perfectly sealed and very well secured. But after putting it together I realized some of the bulbs didn't work so I emailed the customer service team. I got an answer right away and I got replacement bulbs 2 days later. But then I realized that something was wrong with my mirror because even the replacement bulbs were going off. So I emailed the team again with proof that my mirror wasn't working and without hassle they informed me that they were going to send me a replacement. A week later my replacement arrived and FINALLY IT WAS PERFECT! Even though it sucked that I had to wait a couple days extra to get a working mirror, I couldn't be more content with my purchase. So if you are someone that wants a vanity mirror buy it from Impressions Vanity because they are a company that wants to make sure you get your product intact and in perfect condition!

Definitely worth every penny! It was nice that when I called in asking about the differences in the light bulbs, the gal was super nice and very knowledgeable, and she was totally right! Highly recommend this to anyone! I'm not a professional MUA, just a stay at home mom who's a major makeup addict
