The overall quality of the couch is better than we thought it would be considering the price. We added Polly fill to the cushions and haven't had any complaints so far. The only problem was shipping, however we communicated with the company throughout the whole process as soon as both boxes didn't arrive together and they were able to get us the other box without a problem. I would recommend the product to someone who is looking for something on a budget but with a fair warning about shipping.
