Issues with fixtures not threaded properly

Cheap quality, get what you pay for - unable to properly screw in several fixings for the seat backs because not threaded properly. Also buying online product means difficult experience dealing with online store only - physical stores operate separately to online, probably to minimize the likelihood of physical returns due to the quality issues with online products.
