This is my second pair of Moabs. I wear them when I am walking the dogs in all kinds of weather and in a variety of places -- wet walks in the woods; dry walks on pavement; everyday walks around the neighborhood. The shoes are comfortable, waterproof, and very comfortable.

Mean's Moab Waterproof 11 Wide

The waterproof wide fit is excellent, good heel lock and lots of room in the toebox, which is great for my hallux rigidus. These have better padding than my last generation Moabs and are definitely waterproof - I was able to walk through a running stream without any leakage. They do need a little bit of break in though for the midsole padding to really learn your foot shape, but once you get there these really feel great!
