Not quite what I expected

Bought these to drill some access holes in my deck to allow me to spray insecticide under it. They are supposedly made for 50 mm or 2 inch holes They may lock into a 50 mm hole but they do not lock in for the 2 inch hole Ill try to shrink the 20 inch hole with something so the locks engage
