Emerson microwave

The lighting in the posterior of the oven either doesn't work or maybe there IS no light or just too dim for me. I keep checking to see if a bulb is out but can't see where I'd replace one anyway I also think I would have preferred a handle on the door instead of having to depress a rectangular opener.

our last Emerson lasted over 20 years so we made sure to buy another one they make a good product and we never had any trouble with our old one but a 20 years old it was expected that it was going to pass away so we replaced it with another Emerson

perfect size looks great. performs really well

Love how it's small for counter space. I chose color white., buttons are silver--really like the out side finish, not thin, has a polished look. It is 1,000 watts. Looks well made with not a lot of buttons, simple features like popcorn, potato, etc. Only one Control button has different functions and wattage. Did popcorn for 2 minutes on 900 watts as opposed to 3min. 21 seconds on old microwave 900 watts. Only drawback --there is a small, thin splatter shield --fits inside over opening.. There are also 2 tabs on this shield cover they fit into slots. On right side of shield cover ---there is also a slot but the tab is missing to hold the cover in place. Emerson appoliged for this problem is sending a new shield cover.
