It is as described. Very easy to setup (30 mins) and no missing or damaged parts. It is super sturdy, and the mattress doesn't move around. I'd definitely recommend for a simple and strudy, low cost bedframe.

My son had a Jr. Loft bed that we thought would give him more available space in a small room. After a year and a half he decided he hated climbing up the 3-rung ladder and we replaced it with this frame. I cannot believe how much bigger his room looks now! And the best part is there is so much room under the bed for storage! We placed his mattress right on the frame and it is a perfect height. A box spring would make it too high. My daughter, son, small dog and I sat on it to read a story and it was pretty sturdy as well!
