good value, but not the best

Overall, this is a decent value. One of the lowest costing I have seen. I had purchased primarily to ensure no exposure when I do squats, bend over, etc. works great for that. It is a lighter material and not designed for weight lifting...as far as traditional compress gear for lifting. Those tend to be much thicker, better constructed. Tore at a seam on the thigh, but I have larger thighs in relation to midsection. I would recommend for purchase, but do not stretch too much.
