The Vollrath Wear-Ever Heavy Duty Sheet Pan is made of 3000 series aluminum alloy. This pan is dent resistant, allows easy heat distribution and is easy to clean. A galvanized non-rusting rod reinforces this closed bead pan. It has a tapered design for easy stacking. The bulk case is ideal for use in commercial kitchens.
