Seller is horrible

Seller is blaming the customer for fed ex delivering item to wrong house and then I put no instructions or direction to leave in specific place and they decided to leave in a back door which is not mine yet the seller wants me to contact fed ex not my job also tried to say there was a signature when clearly states on there end no signature required this is ridiculous also charged 49.99 for shipping never buy from them !!!!!!!!!
