Ryka Womens Activate Fitness Walking Athletic and Training Shoes

It has literally been years since I have had an athletic shoe that fit my foot well. So glad that I sought out Ryka and tried this shoe. I have a low volume aging narrow foot and hardware in one ankle from a previous fracture. Typically I've needed additional support using metatarsal arch supports and/or orthotics. Not with these shoes! They are very supportive with a comfortably cushioned firm footbed, laces that hold and they are cut low enough at the ankle that they don't rub on hardware. Exercise is a pleasure again and can wear these shoes all day without foot pain. I hope they continue to make this model in the future without changes. As other reviewers have noted they do run a bit big and I am wearing a full size down from my usual.
