It looks good, but I wish it was a little more comfy.

After everything was assembled, it took some time to put together but is now rather sturdy. There are only three pillows included, and they don't quite cover the back, and the cushions themselves are a touch thin. In the end, we had to purchase more cushions for it.

Pretty, but not very comfortable.

I like the way this seems. It's gorgeous, and everyone says so. Although it looks interesting, I don't like the material, and the cushions are not particularly firm. Although I want to get some, I believe it may also have nicer pillows. Overall, I'm rather pleased with the product, and I anticipate growing to love it even more after I acquire cushions for it.

The sofa was fantastic, but the customer service I got was much better. Shipping-related damage was acknowledged, and I received replacement components and an instant reimbursement. The persons I dealt with were very kind, helpful, and polite. Strongly recommended!
