Disappointing

It wasn't hard to install. It has 2 speeds. The high heat level wasn't very warm. The cord between the 2 parts is 2 short and stiff. You have to stand very close to the dryer-hard to dry the other side of your hair without pulling more on the cord. After 9 months, it only had one speed. Not impressed.
