Well-designed canopy and great customer service

The canopy arrived quickly and was well protected in the packaging. Assembly was easy and my wife and I had it up in about thirty minutes. Seems nice and sturdy for the price and we are pleased with the purchase. The only issue we had was that the netting was for a different size canopy. But we reached out to customer service, exchanged a few pictures to verify that we indeed had the wrong netting, and they shipped a new set that was the correct size. The replacement netting arrived in four days and was a perfect fit. We are very thankful for that wonderful customer service. Highly recommended!
