For the price, I wasn't expecting super-high quality, and I was pleasantly surprised that they did seem to be constructed well (no misaligned seams, no long strings hanging off, etc.). Unfortunately, I wear M - sometimes L, ordered M, received M, and they were nearly falling off. The project pic reflects the product well, just order a full size down from your normal fit. Mine were baggy in the legs and loose in the waist. As pictured, they do not have elastic around the waist, so a better fit was necessary to keep them up for any length of time. I will see if I can exchange them for a smaller pair.
