Honestly came out exactly how we were thinking. Easy assembly, fits a good amount of shoes, we ended up leaving out the top shelf divider to allow for bulkier shoes (hokas) with the divider the shoes do need to be a little bit more slim (flops, birks) but we make it work!!

I did not put the bottom shelf on it because it would hit my chair railing. It would only hold 3 1/2 pair of my size 9 women's shoes on each shelf. That is still 12 pair of shoes. It took a half a day to put it together although all the boards were clearly marked. All the hardware pieces were in a cart mentalized tube that was clearly labeled which board they went with,
