Decent for the price

It definitely is cheap, but you get what you pay for. I went ahead and did some extra things to it. I sprayed the trays with liquid rubber and then sprayed a clear coat over the rubber. That way the thin particle board like bottoms to the trays don't deteriorate from the bunny possibly peeing on it. The bunny loves chewing on everything in her sight. So I went ahead and mixed some water and cayenne pepper into a paste and brushed a little on the edges. As a safe deterrent. So she'll not chew on the wood. The paint they used must've only applied one coat. So I went ahead and painted the hutch grey. Overall it isn't that bad. Especially if you make modifications. Definitely, I'd recommend waterproofing the trays. It was simple to put together as well. You'll need to use a drill and it's best to have another person to help. Spent $150 on the hutch and an additional $30 to do the extra modifications. So $180 in and it isnt that bad at all.

A waste of time and money.

I am not an engineer nor a carpenter and that is what it takes to put this thing together. Instructions were NOT clear and you couldn't even understand half of the pictures!! I am using it only because it's all I have at this time. My rabbit fell of of the ladder because it is not wide enough and the flimsy plywood bottom will need some kind of coating Hard to clean. Every thing is pushed out the bak.. I DO NOT recommend this product.
