I pop one into my hot tea when I'm stuffed up or if I'm dealing with a sore throat. definitely works! also so inexpensive to keep these on hand. way better price point than the name brand. I like these better then the name brand . They are nice and strong and have fewer bad ingredients than the name brand . I'm very sensitive to sugar additives . Relieves throat soreness almost instantly and clears sinuses. As a Walmart associate I like to try all the different things our store has . This time the equate brand is definitely better then the Vicks

If you want to feel like Elsa pop one of these in your mouth and head out into the cold air of winter. Your entire soul will have frost crystals . It kicked a sore throat, cough and any heat I had in my body. It was like breathing in icy mountain air. Highly recommend this!
