Excellent customer service.
Drilling for the tarp support latch was done instead of the holes where the screws are meant to connect the feet. They attached the screw hole to the tarp support and the latch to the post! Two holes were switched. Unable to use without sacrificing safety
An excellent acquisition.
We affixed all eight weak light gauge steel poles to foot mounts and bolted them into thick wood. A few more grounding straps were also added. West Texas winds of between 55 and 65 mph destroyed this tent. * This was the bigger version, 10 feet wide, and was not constructed to meet Heavy Duty requirements, even with the included cables and tie down.
