Poor Packaging/Not As Shown

Box came damaged, and so did the packaging/plastic wrap was ripped twice. The base for the iron is black and not white as shown on the picture to match with the iron. Otherwise, iron is ok.

Doesn't heat up enough to do anything

Doesn't heat up to do what it should do. ERASE WRINKLES!!! If I hold it there for over a minute and pressing steam button it will remove a wrinkle. But who has that kind of time to iron a single piece of clothing. I'd return it, but not worth the effort. Will buy another as this isn't worth taking for travels.
