Very cheap materials.

Pretty disappointed in this purchase. It's very cheap. Many of the pieces had scuffed paint on the edges. The pieces don't come together very well so there were gaps, which I ended up using wood filler to fix. (Showed with filler in photos). It was fairly easy to assemble but in the end a lot of the bolt holes show which was ugly. I ordered stickers to try and cover them. (You can see this in my photos). The hooks and handle it came with were very cheap. Just plastic. I wanted black anyways so I used my own. The worst part though is the bottom door hits the side when opening/closing. I've tried adjusting it, no luck. Overall, the price is cheap and the quality matches. I kept it though because I had a very small space and this was one of the most narrow units of its kind I could find. It's tall considering, which is nice. I think there's better budget friendly options if you're flexible with size.

Poor Quality Control. Shaddy cover up.

Item came in damaged. Poor quality control from this company. Looks like they just slapped some glue and black paint to cover up a defect to get the sale. Shame that Walmart is doing business with them. Sadly I called Walmart and they didn't make things right. Just offered what I can do myself which is return and repurchase. Unfortunately it took 4 hours to build and can't commit to investing that time again with a product that might come in damaged as well. If there were other hall trees with these measurements I would look elsewhere. Feel stuck with a poor quality product. Do not buy!

It took 5 hrs to build and completely collapsed as we were putting it in place. It's cheaply made and a nightmare. This piece makes Ikea items look like top of the line quality furniture.
