Increased Grip Strength and Rock Climbing Skills!

My husband is big into rock climbing. These have increased his grip so much! He uses them every day to help build his strength. They are easy to use and can transport anywhere. I have used them to help me increase my grip strength too. I like how we can pack them up and use them anywhere! Highly recommend!

Great weight hold

These rock training holds will absolutely be great for my son who is a scout end they do a lot of rock climbing seeing as due to the pandemic he has been unable to participate in scouting so hopefully when this pandemic is over he will be able to still do the things he loves to do.

Perfect for working out

These rock rings are perfect for grip strength. These are great for pullups with one or two arms. The top grip is wide enough to fit four fingers, the one in middle can fit three fingers comfortably, and the bottom one can fit two fingers. These rock rings are heavy and durable. I recommend them if you are looking to strengthen your grip at home or on the go. The colors vary in shade, this set is a blue and white tye dye effect, complete with neon blue 750 cord. These can be hung from various places to achieve your desired workout.
