This dehumidifier really works even in Florida's summer with high temperatures and high humidity. Every day there are at least 7 pints of water which makes the house feel more comfortable. Also, it is very quiet. The filter is attached which customer service explained when we attempted to clean it the first time.

works good and quiet but strange water tank

I really silike the tank. It is so hard to handle to empty it. It seems cumbersome to me. Our old dehumidifier had just a retangle tank. I could pull it out and empty it w/out a problem. The shape of this one is odd to me and why it is designed this way, I do not understand...plus water drips on the floor while I'm trying to empty the tank.
