love it

you cant go wrong with this sub for the money..the remote bass control is a must have item that is included..very easy to fine tune..more than enough punch..amp runs cool unlike most other low end powered subs i've seen..id give it 6 stars if i could! thanks MTX for a great product at a very fair price

Great little all in one subwoofer

I wanted a low-cost car audio bass upgrade and I found it with the 8 inch Mtx bass tube (although better than bass tube because this one has a flat bottom and won't roll). Easy to hook up, just watch how on YouTube if you haven't done it before, it's easy enough for the average person for sure. The speaker itself is decent quality, Mtx has always had solid quality and still do. It's not gonna blow the trunk apart or shake the neighborhood but it will give you the low end power you've been missing in a factory speaker system. The sub has plenty of power as far as the amp goes even though it's only putting out 100 watts RMS (says 120 watts on the description but 100 on the instruction manual). It's only an 8 inch woofer so it's plenty powerful for my needs. This is a great option for a low budget car audio makeover.
