This jacket is so cute. I honestly love the style. There are no buttons or zippers it's just an open jacket. I never know when ordering whether to go down a size or up because I wear petite sizes. I decided to take a chance with an xs. It fits comfortably with the exception of the arms being long. I think a small would've been a better fit in the chest area (I'm 36c for reference). Also, 4'11 and 137lbs.
