Especially appreciate the storage capacity of the basket

Been leaking tons ever since we cleaned it, like a 2 cups per day. Also came with the side smashed so that the sheet metal on the sides show big bumps where there must be screws or something on the inside. Not a good look. Also, since it keeps the ice and the unfrozen water (waiting to be frozen) in the same open area (the ice stays in a basket at the top), the ice is on the edge of melting point, so it doesn't stay in the same consistency if you don't eat it right away, which is a bummer if you love to chew nugget ice. Instead it looses that incredible smashed slush consistency over time and becomes more brittle / less satisfying. Still, even then it's better than bullet or cubed ice. If you chew it immediately after it's been made, when it's still the consistency of compressed slush ... it's heavenly. I always liked nugget ice, but I never knew it could be this good.
