The outer box was smashed….looked like more padding was stuffed in and resealed with a lot of tape. The inner box was smashed on one corner and that meant that one of the canisters was also smashed. I was told to return it to the store…miles away. I got a refund,but not one word of I'm sorry, or I'll report this to the handling crew. This should never happen. Shameful.
