Sadly I didn't receive the item I ordered. I ordered it for my granddaughter to take pictures because she misses picture day. So I ordered a cap and gown to do pictures myself. Time went on and I never got my order. Time became busy with her senior trip, prom and finally her graduation day. I'm saddened that I was not able to take the Pictures but I'm more saddened that I never received my order. I have order from Walmart before.. had one or two issues but in the end Walmart still came through for me. I don't know what to do going forward, I know that I will think twice before ordering anything from Walmart and make sure that I can get what I order. I had an opportunity to get memories of her graduation pictures but it didn't work because I never received what I ordered or was given a reason. Sorry that this may not be the review you were expecting but maybe your company will be better next time if there's a next time.
