Must-have tool for cooks/chefs

Well-constructed, cleans up easily in dishwasher, top level. With proper technique/practice, this OXO bladed beef/chicken/pork/etc., tenderizer can turn the toughest cuts of meat, etc., into a melt-in-the-mouth dish. It's not necessarily inexpensive, but it's a good buy and the savings will come by being able to purchase less expensive, not so tender or tough pieces of meat and transforming then into pieces able to be cooked as a quick, pan sautée. Read the directions for use and proper safety of this tool. If one is serious about good cooking, this is a must kitchen tool. It is perfectly augmented with a good meat pounding tool (it doesn't replace a good pounder) and together they have the capability to produce “scallopini” quality meats.
