ive taken plenty of vitamins in my life. Some to sleep, some to stay awake. Ive noticed in my menepausal state that nothing works to help me fight fatigue. Well, these do. I put 2 in my coffee in the morning and take a B12 and im good to go all day. They make sleeping better too. Since im getting the energy i need to stay awake all day, by the time its bedtime, i fall right out. Idk if this is from the vitamins, but i used to wake up throughout the night w hot flashes. Now, im sleeping through the night and only waking up once, if even that, with hot flashes. These vitamins r miracle workers. Highly recommend..
