I used to give a cat a bath. These gloves have a soft liner in the pink (hand) area which is nice because it adds to the thickness, just make sure hands are dry before putting on. If the fabric isn't going into the finger holes just use a chopstick and they can be pushed back in. The elastic keeps the gloves over the arms.
