Walmart online for furniture doesn't work

I'll Never buy furniture through Walmart website again. This table arrived broken and I have been waiting more than 15 days for the refund, because it is a have item Walmart sent a company for pick up, but the company never came, so, now I have $592.95 in stand by, really mad about that!
