Works great and fast
Like another reviewer I also struggle with PMDD so anything that can support my mood around my cycle I will definitely try. The first day I took this, I instantly felt calmer and less "ragey." I felt more clear-headed and able to go through my day easily. It didn't really help with any of my physical symptoms-- I still think Vitex is the best for that.
