Can't hold anything. And it hurts

This was a cool product till I tired it. The title should not say it can hold cereals nothing comes out you literally have to take the top of and use a knife to feed the cereal through the most smallest hole made. Rice and small noddles do fine. But anything else struggles to get through. Plus the button you have to push hurts when you use it. After a while I have to change fingers. I'm so sad that this product doesn't work. Wish I never got it. Will I get it again no.
