Purchased this cookbook for my wife and daughter so that they can make some dinners together for the family. I haven't looked at the book myself, but my wife has thumbed through it and has stated that she was very impressed by the layout. What she really made note of was that it gave a list of the staples necessary to make many of the recipes. Though we have yet to eat one of the meals, I am hopeful that it will be good as we have a Mexican recipe book, also from America's Test Kitchen, which we thoroughly enjoy.

I bought this book used. it was in perfect condition. the recipes are wonderful Mediterranean food is very healthy it contains a lot of vegetables we eat Mediterranean food a lot. my son who is a picky eater even eats Mediterranean food. so if you're looking for healthy and very tasty food this is the book for you
