I was quite impressed by the fit and the comfort. the most comfortable fit is below the sac where the straps are sewn in place and flat. you don't feel them they're sewn in so well. the only thing I have an issue with is the camouflage pouch. it should be thicker and smaller holes for ventilation. I prefer the 2" wide low rise waist band instead of the 3" waist band. I have a failed surgery called a panniculectomy, it's created an overhang at the bottom of the abdomen. this procedure was part of a complicated abdominal wall reconstruction. (major hernia repair). this model strap is as described, designed for the Asian male body so buying a size larger was a good recommendation.
