Great value!

I started my Weber relationship 50 years ago with the Weber charcoal kettle. Years later progressing to a propane model then to natural gas. When my first weber gas grill died I chose another brand. Bad mistake. I live in a salt water environment and it only lasted two years. When my current Weber grill "died" after many years I decided to go to my current E-325. I use the grill one or two times a week year round. Starts instantly and heats up very quickly. The 325 has the sear burner which really adds an extra dimension. Allows for a quick sear with no risk of overcooking to get the perfect char. Cooks evenly. It was a great choice. My only regret was not going with the stainless grids instead of the standard cast grids which I had in previous models. One note, the construction of this grill is much lighter than previous Webers I have owned. My previous grills were much thicker and I am interested to see how the thinner top will retain heat in the winter months.

Great Choice; Note gasline vibration (not serious)

This is a great choice in a gas grill. I've always used Weber. Easy to assemble; just take your time. I've been using this one for a few months now and am extremely pleased. Superior design of the cooking grate; not just round bars. Outstanding burners design; definitely want to seer the steaks both sides. Then I cook to medium rare. Just a note: Not serious, but I noticed a high frequency, low amplitude vibration in the gasline. I stopped this by wrapping a length of "Rescue Tape" around the gasline at midpoint and clamped the other end of the tape to the grill panel. See photos. Instant fix. The low amplitude vibration is not damaging; as an engineer, I just wanted to stop it.

Weber E 325

Love the grill. went together fairly easily. Used their Bilt app.which was fine. I did have a problem with the igniter. After assembled I had trouble lighting the grill. Had to take the front face off to get to the igniter wires. Evidently there wasn't a good connection on the plug in wire connectors. Seems to work ok now. Hopefully !
