Is this a shoe?

One came bent in half long ways so that s crease is quite prominent down half the shoe and across the toe. I'm not sure these are actually made of shoe material--they feel more like a costume. They were pretty cheap but I still will probably return them because of the low quality and the crease. Currently have stuffing in there hoping to stretch out the crease.
