The wood is high quality, but some of the planks are a bit chipped - not a major issue, but given the price of the product, a bit disappointing. assembly took a while but it's worth it because the table is super sturdy and well-put-together. lovely wood colour.

Only reason for four stars is due to the table being slightly damaged on the end of one of the boards. This was from my FedEx driver that could not lift the box by themselves (it is heavy!). The table looks better than the stock pictures (to me) as I'm trying to “match” my wood paneling. When assembling the table, make sure it is on a completely flat surface and follow the directions. Otherwise the table will not be smooth flat on top. Good product for the price, would buy again
