It's a win! The 6-9 month size fit my 8 month old perfectly, though the sleeves were a little long (easy to roll up). I'm a mom who tries to dress their kids in practical clothing - easy to wash, easy to wear, functional, etc. As such, I don't buy a *ton* of dresses for my daughter who is 9 months old, as I still like to be able to baby wear her and dresses can be tough for that reason (the straps of the baby carrier tend to rub if it's a dress that has short sleeves, etc.) But this dress is different! It has long sleeves and a diaper cover which make it so much more "wearable" and it's a really lovely fabric - well made and neutral. I loved "dressing her up" in this! I received this from Stellar Product Testing Panel but am a Gerber clothing fan for life, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

My daughter and I both love her new waffle dress. I love that it can be casual or "dressed up" if you put some cute tights/boots paired with it. This makes it very versatile, which I really appreciate when trying to dress young kids. The dress is really soft and maintained its feel and shape through the wash. I LOVE the diaper cover and really appreciate that it is the same fabric and color as the dress, so it does not stick out when it shows which is a big bonus.
