GE Icemaker Replacement
This icemaker is an excellent replacement for several OEM icemakers. After installation, the unit has functioned flawlessly. Two Phillips head screws secure the icemaker to the freezer cabinet. Remember, the electrical plug has retaining clips on both sides, they can be bent outward with a small screwdriver if needed, to unplug the failed icemaker. You'll need to transfer a couple of plastic parts from the old icemaker to the replacement. It's best to mount the new icemaker before reconnecting the power connector, as water may begin to flow when power is applied. This replacement icemaker is a best buy.

This is the same ice maker as my GE ice maker that died. It was delivered in 2 days. It has been installed for about a week. It was easy to install (1 screw and a multi prong connector). It looks the same. It works the same. The only difference is it is much less expensive. Save yourself some money!!
