This is absolutely the best sealer on the market hands down! The water just beads up after a rain storm, as advertised. Application was a breeze with a pump sprayer & paint roller to spread any overspray. I would definitely recommend this product.

Liked the product!

The product was easy to apply, did not change the look of the patio slabs as promised and we are very happy with the results. My husband did it himself, approx. 1,000SF patio. It rained for the first time after we used the sealer and it was visible how the water was pulling and not absorbing through the slabs. Thank you Foundation Armor!
