Stand quality item but terribly printed

The print is INCREDIBLY pixilated. Colors are vibrant and seems standard quality for a cheap shower curtain (not great but not terrible), but the pixilated nature of the print is very annoying. Each star is a smear of pixels. I will need to replace it before long so it doesn't bug me just looking at it.
