Keep wounds in an optimally moist environment with the 5 x 8-inch elbow/heel ComfortFoam™ Border Dressing. Maintaining a moist wound bed promotes faster healing while helping prevent further injury and infection. The soft silicone contact layer is gentle on your skin, and the flexible polyurethane foam pad soaks up fluid discharge with minimal risk of skin maceration. The ComfortFoam™ border dressing comes with a vapor-permeable outer film to inhibit moisture penetration. The application of the foam dressing is ideal for managing partial or full-thickness wounds, including traumatic wounds, diabetic ulcers and pressure ulcers. It offers a secure fit while allowing quick and easy removal. The low-profile border also provides better adhesion and flexibility. Based on exudate levels and wound conditions, you may wear the dressing safely for several days. One box contains five silicone foam dressings.
