Alabaster too small for brackets

I love the fixture style and quality of manufactured alabaster. However, for this price the parts should fit together without large gaps. As you can see from the pictures, the alabaster is not wide enough to fill the end brackets. I have requested new pieces of alabaster to fit. If those are provided, I will change my rating to 5 stars.
